Why is it common for guys to sleep with 10-20 women then marry a good girl?

I'm thinking practice? I'm kidding. You're trying to get me to tell on myself!! Okay I'll do it for you My friend. When I was younger a long long time ago I was actually good looking. Yeah I know hard to believe but women were attracted to me more often than not. I wasn't born with a silver spoon but I was born with a silver tongue so I used it to my advantage. I was selfish and arrogant but I would love em and leave em because I could and I wanted my friends to envy me. Then one day day I met a beautiful at a restaurant we both work that part-time. She was a school teacher that moved to NC from Ohio. She was a good girl. She was nice polite well mannered and intelligent. My friends bet me I couldn't hook up with her. Well I was confident that I could and took the bet. I asked her out and I won the bet so my friends had to pay up. There were 4 of us in the pool 50 bucks a head. Anyways long story short we dated for a year because she knocked my socks off!!! Unfortunately there wasn't a happy ending because she, yeah you guessed it she dumped me!! Because I was offered a job as security at a gentleman's club. No the story isn't over yet!! Yes of course i begged her for 3 months to take me back!! Yall stop laughing i was heart broken!! Anyways she went out with her friends to every bar I worked at for 7 years. Until one weekend she went and I wasn't there because I was in a coma from a tragic car accident. She went to my parents hkuse to see what happened because my parents loved her more than me!! She came by everyday after school and every weekend to see me until one day she tells me in front of my parents that since she loved me and was coming to take of me anyway that she was gonna marry me!!!! Hey fellas don't be jealous when you got it you got it!! Just kidding. I was shocked my parents laughed with joy and they start making plans!! Now mind you I'm on a walker with a crushed femur fractured neck and a broken hand. I'm thinking what just happened!! Is anyone gonna ask me?? Lol yall know I caved and said yes dear!! 😁 so we married and had 2 children together and life was good!!! Until it wasn't but that's another story. Yeah I know I went out in left field somewhere.
